The XT-ZS series Fully Automatic Needle-Type Inner Winding Machine is designed for high-precision winding of brushless motor stators, widely used in frameless motors, high-speed blower motors, vacuum cleaner motors, swivel motors, drone motors, joint motors, water pump stators, oil pump stators, and more.

Driven by servo motors, the machine precisely controls stator rotation and nozzle movement, ensuring accurate enameled wire slot entry and uniform multi-layer coil stacking. It automatically adjusts wire start/end positions and layer transitions to eliminate loose winding, and integrates functions such as wire cutting, clamping, and tension control for multi-station collaborative operation.
