Q: How do I know which machine suits my need?
A: Please send us the information and productivity request to us and we will find you the most suitable machine.
Q: What information shall I submit for evaluation?
A: Please provide product pictures, 2D/3D drawings and specifications if available.
Q: Does XINGTE machines has CE certification?
A: CE certification for machines could be available whenever necessary upon inquiring about the machine.
Q: Can I produce various types of products in one machine?
A: Yes, but it depends on the dimensions and specifications of your products.
Q: After buying the machine, can we edit the winding programs ourselves later on when a new product is planned?
A: Yes, winding program editing is available easily through the HMI with a well-trained personnel from you.
Q: Will XINGTE provide complete training for the programming?
A: Complete training could be scheduled upon Factory acceptance in Taiwan or Site Acceptance in your factory.
Q: Will XINGTE provide a 2D/3D drawing of the machine?
A: We can provide the 2D PDF drawing of tooling and contact parts, but not structure or complete machine drawings.
Q: After buying an individual machine, can we upgrade and integrate it into an automatic machine line in the future?
A: If there's a possibility of developing into an automatic machine line in the future, it has to be planned from the beginning. Space for structure has to be reserved so that it can be joined with other machines.
Q: Can we use the consumable parts that have the same specification but a different brand from local?
A: It can only be used with the consent of XINGTE. If you use parts of different brands without approval, XINGTE will not be responsible.
