Equipment Overview
Driven by servo motors, this machine precisely controls stator rotation and needle nozzle movement to ensure enameled wires are neatly embedded into slots. Multi-layer coils are stacked evenly; wire ends and interlayer transitions can be adjusted automatically to avoid loose coil accumulation.
Integrated with wire cutting, wire clamping and tension control functions to realize coordinated operation of multiple working stations. Equipped with lower transition wire hooking function for automatic winding of lower transition wires. For upper transition wires, automatic needle angle adjustment and fixture Z-axis rotation are adopted to complete automatic winding.
